INNOV: Expertise through innovation

INNOV is an internal communication project for Atos Turkey, aiming to encourage their employees’ creativity and engagement.
We define the value of Innov as 'Inspire creativity, optimism, fun and exploratory spirit'.  We want to deliver the message of 'Innovation starts from small & basic things, everyone can innovate and by doing so it makes our life better.'
We created a dynamic visual identity which is simple, contemporary and flexible.
Building block: Basic, colourful, creative
 
We use building block to symbolize the 'Innovation starts from small & basic things, everyone can innovate and by doing so it makes our life better'. Building blocks are basic geometrical forms, but we can create infinite new forms with it. Building blocks are commonly for kids, and kids are naive, not afraid of exploring or making mistakes. We want to encourage Atos emploees to 'innovate like a child'.
Teaser
 
At first we created a teaser poster and some cards with varies of design.
Those teaser applications were designed with the geometric shapes only, creating a colourful and playful mood. The design is abstract, no tagline or realistic image. This was done to arouse curiosity.
Revealer
 
At stage two the whole concept of the project was revealed. We introduced the tagline, real photos as well as a responsive website.
