SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING is the Tenth Year Anniversary Catalogue of an architectural lighting company, Lightbox. The publication showcases Lightbox’s works since their start in 2004. Segmented into ten chapters based on the type of lighting adopted, it demonstrates Lightbox’s large array of works.
The concept of the publication is light. Hence, the book starts black and slowly, a bar of white paints the entire publication white from the spine, giving the illusion of illumination. Each chapter is laid out based on the chapter’s title so as to represent the concept of the chapter.
