Construction Company Identity / Website

Objective:

Develop logo, initial collateral materials, and website design for a startup (new construction) home builder company. Company is positioned as a producer of high-end homes using quality (often reclaimed) materials and "old world" building techniques and finishes that speak of heritage and craftsmanship.
Logo / Brand

The tree icon is representative of the salient ideals of the company... strength, individuality, longevity, character. Logo is intentionally "anti-construction company" in appearance with the purpose of differentiating the company from their competing "cookie cutter" "corner-cutting" competition. The logo's prominent typeface is an updated Craftsman-style font treatment which is also the preferred aesthetic (style) of home the company produces.
Website - LewinHomes.com

The initial website layout is designed to be built-out in stages. This allowed the company to quickly establish their online presence and begin to rank in the major search engines. The sectioned approach of the site builds a narrative for new potential clients, as they scroll down the page. Most of the represented content has the focus of detailing the company's commitment to quality in materials and construction practices. Interactive rich media, videos, photo galleries, and blog articles are leveraged throughout the site to showcase the building process, as well as examples of beautiful finished projects. This approach not only enhances the company's already well-established credibility, but also builds a level of trust and expectation with potential new clients—to make that initial first contact.
