English rapper Sneakbo has gone from rapping over bashment and dancehall rhythms as a youth to become something of a house hold name in the rap and grime genre. The Brixton born rapper quickly went from being popular on YouTube to touring round the country performing PAs of some of his biggest and best hits such as ‘Touch Ah Button’ and ‘The Wave’. Making sure he was one of the first artists to capitalise off the short lived hype of OG Nicki, Sneakbo’s credibility has only grown with influential US rapper Drake even stating that the young South Londoner inspired tracks on his Take Care album. Already being championed by tastemakers across the board, Sneakbo’s single ‘Dr Who’ got off to a flying start. Following its worldwide premiere on Mistajam’ s 1Xtra show, it was quickly named Radio 1 Zane Lowe’s ‘Hottest Record In The World’ and has picked up regular spins from Radio 1 (Sara Cox) and 1Xtra (Charlie Sloth, DJ Target) through to Kiss (Dixon Brothers) and Capital Xtra (Max). Far from a newcomer, Sneakbo has now had three Top 40 singles of his own and has notched up top performances at key festivals in the UK including Wireless. With support from the likes of rap superstar Drake citing him as his favourite UK rapper, Sneakbo is proving to be every bit the global star. Photoshoot for Press shots as well as CD Covers Read Less
