Rankings is a digital magazine that explores the real thoughts and emotions of people who have competed in different sports. Each issue focuses on individuals who have finished in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, allowing for a range of different emotions to be covered.
Gold, silver and bronze colour schemes are used for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place articles respectively, creating visual cues so the reader knows exactly what article they are reading. Hand drawn typography and paper textures have been used throughout the magazine in order to make the content appear like it has been ripped from a person’s diary which makes it appear more personal and intimate.
