A semester-long project, Form Report is a portable reconstruction of different neighborhoods of Richmond. Richmond is diverse, but sometimes the emptiness brings down the potential of the city. The idea in this project is to convert this emptiness into a material that defies boundaries and interacts with public. Each composition on a rug, a final presentation, is based on the original architectural forms in Church Hill and Fulton. Forms were reinterpreted to reconstruct buildings that I personally selected. The use of organic and vibrant forms is a predominant element. In a form of rug, the piece can be placed in any given space in a spiritual connection to basic human concerns.
