in 2015 summer, iTunes 12.2 was released, bundled with Apple Music and a fresh, new icon. I found the new style really nice and did a simple App Store icon to go next to it (http://on.be.net/1Tr4j23).
It became a fun side project when I started to do a few icons a day, beginning my personal collection. And today I'm relasing it !
The pack comes with 40 icons (I'd love to add more when I have the time) : App Store, Atom, Brackets, Chrome, Dash, Dropbox, Evernote, Facetime, Feedly, Filezilla, Finder, Firefox, Github, iBooks, Keynote, Launchpad, Mailbox, Messages, Notes, Numbers, Pages, Photos, Pocket, Popcorn-Time, Safari, Sketch, Skype, Slack, Spotify (dark/normal), Steam, Sublime Tet (dark/normal), Transmit (dark/normal), Sunrise Calendar, Tweetbot, uTorrent, VLC, Wunderlist.

NB: To add a custom icon, open your applications folder in Finder > select your app > Get Info (cmd + i) > drag and drop the .icns file on the top pic >> Enjoy !
NB2: I'm aware changing system icons is not enabled by default in El Capitan, I'm working on finding a solution for that, but in the meantime the solution is on Google ;)
