This intonation piece is based off of Chris Hardwicke's introductory monologue at the 2013 Streamy Awards. I really love this monologue because I think it touches on really good points of web video. It's about web video's increasing importance in the community and how it has became the new entertainment industry of today. Hardwicke delivered this stellar monologue with clever tact and humour.  This section of the monologue is not only hilarious but I think it rings very true to when you scroll through comments of a YouTube video, and as an avid YouTube watcher I can relate to this.

The monologue used for this project is truly fantastic and if you would like to hear the full version, here's a link to it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLm8hW0uOkE
