I was approached to create a logo for a new business - Handwoven by Leeanne. The woman would be selling handwoven scarfs and wanted a brand identity to set herself apart from the competition. After sitting down to discuss what she wanted, I found four key words to design the logo by - comfy, scarfs, bunnies, and daisies. The color scheme would be similar, comfy grays with a turquoise color. 

 

She required several things - a logo, business cards, a tag with care instructions, and a banner for her etsy page.  

After the design of the logo was decided upon, she mentioned she would like to also add a chalk effect to give it more of a handmade feel. 

For the clothing tag she needed something simplistic that could either be printed out or turned into a stamp. 

 

I decided that adding a illustration of the logo bunny washing it's scarf would go perfectly with the theme and add a nice touch to an otherwise plain tag, keeping with the idea that she wanted to set herself apart from her competition.

The business card was kept one-sided so that she would be able to write little thank you notes to the people who bought her items.
