Avelion is a band playing a genre of metal music based on technical prowess and their introspective lyrics often revolve around the human condition, approaching themes with an intimate tone rather than the "angrier" attitude usually expected or associated with their musical genre.

Interpersonal conflict, dehumanization and the difficulty that someone could experiment while trying to "fit" into society are the themes of this EP and I thought they all could be encapsulated in an image showing how somebody's life is influenced, arbitrarily from its will, even before birth. The sci-fi undertones were requested by the band, also to reflect the electronic inserts incorporated in their music.
