La Sanduchería

La Sanduchería es un nuevo local de comida ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil, su concepto de ‘al paso’ (para llevar) marca la diferencia y lo distingue como su propuesta de valor. El menú incorpora varios tipos de sánduches gourmet, en donde la selección de los ingredientes hasta la preparación de los mismos mantiene el concepto de elaboración artesanal.

Para la construcción de la marca se tomaron en cuenta todos los contenidos propios del local, así como de lo artesanal, guiado por lo gourmet y el valor de los contenidos tangibles como son los ingredientes y mucho más allá, en el sabor de los productos que la marca ofrece. Se estableció una comunicación de marca clara, concisa, manejando un tono y manera juvenil y acorde al target. Lo que busca la marca no es ser una sanduchería, es ser esa sanduchería, generando así pertenencia para con la marca y con el lugar.

La Sanduchería is a new food establishment located in the city of Guayaquil. Its concept of “on the way” (take out) makes a difference and distinguishes it as its value proposition. The menu offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches, where the selection of ingredients for the preparation maintains the concept of artisan elaboration.

For the brand building it was took into account all the establishment own contents, structure, distribution, location (in a corner), volume and space, guided by the gourmet and the value of tangible contents as the ingredients are and beyond, in the flavor of the products offered by the brand. It was set a clearly, concisely brand communication, managing a youthful tone and style according to the target. What the brand looks for is not being just a sandwich shop, but to be that sandwich shop, generating belonging to the brand and the place.
