The originator and owner of the studio is chef and journalist Grzegorz Łapanowski, who after years of experience in the organization of more than 300 workshops, presentations, trainings decided to open his own place.
On 300 square meters space there are 4 fully equipped mobile kitchen islands at which can cook up to 50 people . The Food Lab Studio is also equipped with:
Cooking extensive library with books from all over the world,
6-meter life cooking/presentation station
dining room for 80 people,
more than 100 m2 facilities, including a studio dedicated for video and photo productions.
All furniture and equipment are mobile which allows arranging space in any ways, depending on the character of the event.
It is perfect place to organize various events and photo sessions, trainings, integration meetings, press conferences. It also hosts activities in the field of R&D of food and cooking equipment as well as PR.
