This graphic was inspired by Viking mythology and symbolism. The line of symbols running from tip to tail are the letters of the viking rune alphabet, which were also used for magical purposes. Viking peoples used the runes as an oracle, a means of insight into the present and the future. Each rune has a special meaning and interpretation. The symbol in the center is a Vegvísir, which is an icelandic magical stave, intended to help the bearer find their way through rough weather. It is said that if this sign is carried, one will never lose one's way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known.
