In 2010, ESPN decided to close their ESPN zone location in Washington DC.  After closure, the owners of the space hired CBA Architects to update the construction drawings for future leasing purposes.  In order to do this, we had to go through and get the overall measurements of the 20,000 sq. ft. space.  After we completed the measurements, we had to create an up-to-date layout of the space.
