Parabox: How to
Disappear Completely?
In this book every photo is from our family albums picturing me at different life events and vacations. But in every photo I’m also missing. I cut myself out, and replaced the hole with a different photograph. With a different moment, with a different memory. I put the book inside of a photoframe which represents a box that keeps my fear inside. In the frame my portrait can be seen which was taken in kindergarten on a costume party. In fact this is the back side of the book, when you take it out from the frame, you can see the real cover of it that says: Disappear Completely.
