"Reportage, décollage, recollage" is a personal project that I made during my exchange at ESAG Penninghen in Paris.
I asked myself if it was possible to visually represent ripped poster from the Parisian underground.
This book is a reflexion about this topic and each booklet is a chapter of my work: the first one is the photographic report of those ripped posters I found during my stay in Paris, the second one is a restrospective of the "Nouveau Réalisme" artists, like Mimmo Rotella, Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains, who already worked ripping off posters, and finally the last booklet is a collection of my own visuals.
Since artists of the "Nouveau Réalisme" movement had already worked on that subject, ripping off posters and reconstructing them in my room like those artists would not bring anything new. I then decided to create my visuals focusing on the digital era. In fact, the collages I made are a recopilation of images I saw on websites in a short amount of time (for example Behance in 10 minutes) and I then generated random collages with Javascript code using Processing.

The first booklet is a compilation of the ripped posters found on the Parisian underground.
The second booklet is a retrospective of artists that already worked in the 1940's with ripped posters.

My goal was to recreate those posters but transposing it to the digital era. I then used pictures seen on the internet in a short amount of time and generated random collages with Processing.
