Trash Will Smash Vol II. Exhibition

On 20.06. we held second Trash Will Smash exhibition in Ilica 374. This year's TWS was filled with novelties and advancements in creative thinking of collective, and besides exhibits in the media of illustration, painting, drawing, mural, photography, installation and sculpture, there were also a performance and collaboration with artists outside of the collective, with convenient guidance through the exhibition.

The whole place for the exhibition was a big challenge, but big potential as well for giving this year's TWS a heavy shine that lacked last year's exhibition. During the night of exhibition, the number of audience exceeded all our expectations so we were very pleasant with such feedback. Colorful crowd - containing other fellow artists, good friends, various bums, fancy guys, beautiful girls, and sometimes even a seniors - was waiting patiently for their turn in front of entrance gate from the moment exhibition has started, so they could walk through our corridors of horror and dread.

With very positive energy flowing whole night, exhibition was shining just the way we imagined! After the clock stroke the midnight, we had to close the door of the world from the other side of delirium and go to shake our ass to good music. Afterparty was held in Medika, in Chakka's Room after which nothing was the same. Thanks to all who came!

Ovogodišnji TWS je obilovao novotarijama i pomacima u kreativnom razmišljanju kolektiva, te osim izložaka u mediju ilustracije, slikarstva, crteža , murala, fotografije, instalacije i skulpture , bilo je i performansa te zajedničkih radova s umjetnicima izvan kolektiva, uz prigodno vodstvo kroz izložbu.

Sam prostor je također bio veliki izazov, ali i veliki potencijal da ova izložba upravo dobije tvrdi sjaj kakav je nedostajao prošlogodišnjoj izložbi. Tijekom noći, broj posjetitelja je premašio naša očekivanja te smo vrlo zadovoljni na takvom odazivu. Šarena ekipa - među kojoj se moglo pronaći i druge kolege umjetnike, dobre prijatelje, razne klošare, uglađene likove, lijepe cure,a ponekad i kojeg seniora - je od trenutka otvaranja izložbe vjerno čekala na svoj red da se prošeće našim hodnicima strave i užasa.

Uz vrlo pozitivnu atmosferu tijekom cijele noći, izložba je blistala baš onako kako smo zamislili! Nakon što je sat otkucao pola noći, morali smo zatvoriti vrata svijeta s druge strane delirija i poći prodrmati guzicu uz dobru glazbu. Afterparti se održao u Medici, u Chakka's Roomu nakon kojeg više ništa nije bilo isto. Hvala svima koji su došli!
