Maxi Forme is a Canadian fitness center located in Quebec. The client needed an attractive flyer to advertise a Mother's Day special. I chose red, yellow and blue as the main colors since they matched the logo and also helped reflect the energy of a gym. Pink was used to add a feminine touch, attract females, and draw attention to the fact that it was advertising a special for women. I chose geometric shapes in a bursting fashion to evoke excitement and energy. The flyer was intended for both print and Facebook.

This poster, designed as both a graphic for email and as a printed flyer, acts as an invitation for new Australian citizens to be welcomed to the country. It features common Australian slang to help the new official residents settle in. The client wanted a rustic and illustrative/graphic invitation to evoke thoughts of the great Outback and excitement. I chose a wood background because it is rustic and also the color of sand and dirt. The other graphics are also symbolic of the Aussie country. The invitation is welcoming and appropriately themed.
This set of images was designed to advertise a charity art auction to benefit an organization that helps with medical expenses for children with heart disease. The client asked for an information-rich and visually appealing set of images. The top is a flyer meant for email and print while the bottom is a cover photo for a Facebook page dedicated to the event. The client wanted the photo of a child to be teh main focal point so I chose a happy child to evoke thoughts of positivity and inspiration. Red was chosen as a main color as it incites feelings of passion and is also the color of the human heart. Blue acts as a complementing color that is calming, the opposite of the emotions that red evokes.
