common people feel pressured about taking korean traditional herbal medicine. Because of sour taste and sense of duty. We recognized this problem and started to re-design its' packaging. Most of all, we wanted to express it friendly. Unlike other common packaging, we concealed contents of medicine and used high chroma color. Also we designed 'dodam' stackable and portable shape.
'dodam' means growing up healthy without any trouble. we focused on 'yin and yang' that signify universe energy. And we expressed it circular shape. Empty circle means 'yin' that indicates coldness. Filled circle means 'yang' that indicates hot.
Sa-sang medicine classify constitution of human by four types. Tae-Yang in have big lungs, small liver and impatient personality. Tae-Eum in have big liver, small lungs and earnest personality. So-Yang in have big spleen, small kidney and outgoing personality. So-Eum in have big kidney, small spleen and nervous personality. Thus, we showed four types of constitution by various color.
