Progress for creating the Workout Wrapup section of the exercise application, Cross Body Trainer.
The Cross Body Trainer fitness application uses data collected when users strike a free standing Double End Bag which houses accelerometer sensor technology.
These first three images below were used as references. Moving forward I redesigned screens to match a new point system and aimed to simplify presentation of data for user-friendly viewing.
The metrics hierarchy goes like this: Workout > Rounds > Intervals > Actions, an action being an exercise move such as jab, cross, jumping jack, slip.
There were two ways explored in which to present workout data to the user: by Intervals or by Rounds.
Rounds are more relevant and provide a big picture review of performance to the user (there are several Intervals in a Round although a Round is only 3 minutes long) and instead of Avg Score, just Score is presented to encourage longer Workout time.
Since Score is calculated based on values from Accuracy and Power, it is shifted up in the design. Minimum and maximum y-value later added to the graph on the left.
