Royal Exchange Theatre - 1 year Consultancy P1

Part 1 of a year long consultancy with The Royal Exchange Theatre to access and visualise a 'Personal Response to the Manchester Bombing in Manchester 15/06/96, North West, United Kingdom.

EARLY WORK AND IMPLEMENTATION.
The following series of Stage 1 development concepts in the first section of this presentation show the finalised visual routes and structure I have brought to the process, and the methodology, I have employed to clearly demonstrate my thinking and visual creative development and direction. I have pursued a course of creative development, again support by the authors sketchbook and online blog, which follows a number of routes, as to how the final visual identity/look can be achieved within the given timeframe of the module this process as shown by the concluding visual opposite of the outcover of the book, which lead you into the next section, where the finalised concepts are to be seen. I also envisaged a '46 page book' of the creative story as part of the creative development however this was later dropped in favour of a '5 Book Series' of around 30+ pages per book showing different components and activity options.

This early template direction was a way of showing how to visually address all the components of the subject, and was developed in consultation with the RET over the period September to January. This led to the 2nd phase of development covering the period up to Easter and a move towards both Exhibition and Installation over the Summer into the Winter.
Further early development concepts for the posters and banners, which became part of the later creative development for the 150696-150611, 15th Anniversary branding.
