Skew is my take on the classic Isokon Penguin Donkey. Skew offers casual storage for books, CDs, DVDs, and many other household items.
Skew features one large slanted shelf, divided into two halves by a central partition for most of the length of the Donkey. The slant means items of a wide
variety of sizes can be stored, and piled in many different ways. The shelf is divided into three sections. The shortest partition is the perfect width for storing CDs. The tallest partition has no middle divider, meaning exceptionally large items can be stored with ease.
Skew's flat top can be used as a table surface, large enough for a drink and a book or magazine. Alternatively, Skew can be sat on as a stool.
Skew's plywood construction mimics that of the original Penguin Donkey.
