This luxury villa for a gated community in Pune represents one of the many villa types coming up in the gated community. We went through an intensive design process to create homes that respond to the surrounding nature. The traditional courtyard concept of Indian homes was modifed to suit the needs of these modern villas while retaining the core purpose of the courtyards,i.e maximizing natural lighting, cross ventilation and creating private zones.
