Rebranding of the City of Pleven, Bulgaria.
Another one of my "What if?" project is the branding of my hometown of Pleven. I got inspired by the big branding project of cities like Amsterdam and Melbourne. Would love to see my city rebranded so I jumped on the project and tried to infuse a bit of future and simplicity to my old city.
Through simple iconography I illustrated seven of the most iconic buildings in Pleven. The first is the "City Hall"
Followed by the "Pleven Panorama"
The "Saint George the Conqueror Chapel Mausoleum"
The "Historical Museum"
The "House-museum Tsar Osvoboditel Aleksandar II"
The "Mother Bulgaria Statiue" and the ""Sveti Nikolaj" Church.
And with by combining them with the logo the icons create a variety of logograms which can be used for promotion and on prints and all kinds of merchendise.
The colour of choice is inspired by the "City Hall" and the "Pleven Panorama" building.
