    We were asked to pick a local business in New York City to rebrand for a project of Design and Branding class, taught by Kevin Brainard at School of Visual Arts, MFA Design. Satsko is a sake bar and a Japanese restaurant located in East Village, New York City. Bar values traditional Japanese cuisine and customs while they blend those values with diverse and modern culture. In my design approach, I reflected mentioned values by using traditional Japanese arts -as my visual reference- and transforming them into contemporary, immersive identity system. Read Less
