BRIEF
Governmant asked us to create an idea for out-of-home that will change an attitude towards cyclists in the city. Our core audience were automobilists cause they don't respect cyclists on the road and make riding a bike too dangerous. As a result there is a lack of alternative city transport in Moscow.
