衡山以烟云为特色。常年云雾缭绕的自然气候营造出衡山似幻似仙的境界，从而吸引众多僧人道士在此结庐，这也孕育了衡山特有的佛道文化。
Hengshan is famous for the smoky clouds. The atmosphere is like magic fairy tale realm with this smoky clouds, that attracts a lots of Taoists and Buddhists come to build their own house here, which leads to the unique Hengshan culture.
云游Wandering
过度商业化的今天，旅游已经失去了其原本应有的对自然的感悟与体验，本项目希望通过设计重新找回那种被遗忘的云游精神。
The situation of commercialized today makes the traveling lost this original purpose--feeling the real nature and experience the nature. This project is aim to discover the feeling of wandering in the real nature which has been forgotten for long.
竹子Bamboo
湖南盛产竹，运用竹子建造既体现了地域文化，又生态环保。
Hunan is rich in Bamboo, using bamboo as the material is not only shows local culture but also Eco-friendly.
设计构思Design Concept
设计布局一改传统酒店“大集中”的模式，而是采用“小分散”的思路。为了让游客充分接触和体验自然。结合云的概念，生成了四个以云为主体的小聚落：山谷中的会所“云岫“、山坡上的客房”云望“、湖上的客房”云渡“和林间的客房”云蒸“。一条沿着山坡蜿蜒攀缘的“云间栈道”将它们连接起来。
The layout of this hotel is 'scattered' mode instead of the normal 'big focus' mode. Combined with the concept of the clouds, this project generated four parts of the idea of clouds in order to make people experience and touch the nature: the valley of the club 'yunxiu' , hillside room 'Yunwang' , lake room 'Yundu' and the forest one 'Yunzheng'. Those four parts are connected with the wander route called 'Yunjian'.
考虑到当地生态的敏感性，所有的构筑物均采用架空的建构方式，从而达到对环境最小干预的目标。也使得构筑物们如云一般的飘浮。
Considering the sensitivity of the local ecology situation, all these tents are connected by hanging on structure which can make the minimal intervention of the environment. Also, this makes the structures floating as clouds.

云岫Yunxiu- Cloud Valley “云无心以出岫，鸟倦飞而知返”。
山谷中的云，寓意重返自然。它坐落于基地入口，其标志性云的形态，作为整个项目的起点。而会所的功能包含接待、休息、餐饮、会议和后勤等功能。
Clouds in the Valley means return to the nature. It is located at the main entrance and it shows the iconic shape of this project. And for function, it includes reception, seating, dinning, conference and working areas.

云望Yunwang- Cloud Mountain- 荡胸生层云，决眦入归鸟。
坐落于整个流线的最高的平台，拥有极佳的眺望视点。圆筒形的结构受力稳定性强。复式设计空间利用率高。
Yunwang parts located on the highest platform of the whole flow of the project which has the nicest view of the whole hotel. Cylindrical structure has strong force of stability, and also the duplex design makes the most efficient space utilization.
坐落于整个流线的最高的平台，拥有极佳的眺望视点。圆筒形的结构受力稳定性强。复式设计空间利用率高。

云渡Yundu-Cloud Lake – 青山新雨后，雁过飞云渡
佛教中常讲这个“渡”，是连接此岸与彼案的过程。更把人生理解为渡的过程。“云渡”选择在湖面上，以舟为居， 意在旅途中的修行。
Du means crossing in Chinese. And the Buddhists always talking about the Du like crossing from one period of time to another in people life. Choosing lake as the location for Yundu, and living with boats shows the meaning of life, like a boat, sailing on its journey.

是云在林中的表现形式。构筑物表达的是林中水汽蒸腾而上的一种效果。设计以树干为支撑，盘旋而上的动态效果。
yunzheng is the clouds performing in the woods. The structure shows the deep green hillside steam in the forest. Design the branches of the supporting system makes the shape looks like a dynamic circles.
