Dots and Lines

Task:
Designing a visual identity for text editor and proofreader Monika Buraczyńska working under the name of Dots and Lines [Kropki – Kreski]. In designing stationery to accompany Monika’s professional activity, our main motivation was to create materials which are inexpensive to make and can be printed by Monika herself while preserving their high quality

Solution:
We’ve decided to depart from the idea of building a logo in favour of creating a formal language consisting of simple geometric shapes. We’ve decided to start with a symbolic text column and embellish it with the required information. As a result, we have achieved visual identity with a strong and unified character on all of the materials.
Our work included:
Designing the visual identity – marketing collateral (corporate stationery, invoice template, business card) and website.
