Flora Céodeu is a cultural and artistic project developed by students of St-Pierre / St-Paul high school (Dreux), in tribute to the city automotive and industrial past (Facel-Véga, Renault).
The will of the high school was to have a singular visual identity to create a visual link among students’ works (floral sculptures built with mechanical parts).
Flora Céodeu is developed through a mix between floral universe and industrial universe. The logotype combines circular shapes and angular shapes. With reference to Renault and Facel-Véga, the diamond is a central element of the logotype. The whole strengthens the contrast between the coldness of steel and the warmth of flowers.
