The Book That Can Only Be Read Once

Written along a 75 foot roll of dry wall tape, the Book that Can Only be Read Once tells the story of a French man named Jean Claude who owns 1,000 acres of beautiful land, but has no one to share it with. As the story is slowly fed into the paper shredder, Jean Claude meets an enchanted snail who has lost his family and his shell.  Together they bargain with the stubborn Chef Alleno, who obesses over collecting snails for his world renowned escargo.  As the story unravels, the shell diminishes, symbollic of letting go of the comfort one's home in pursuit of finding a companion.
