Design concept/process:
My logo is inspired from the first letter of my first name - Marwa/مروة - which is the letter "Meem" in Arabic (my native language) and the letter "M" in English (my second language).
The letter "meem" can be written in several styles, so I picked one and transformed it to a simple basic shape. I changed the placement of the lines to make the final shape unique and contemporary. The lines symbolize the several disciplines of Graphic Design and Multimedia. At last, I placed the letter "m" in the middle, in addition to my full name and the title of my major.
الشعار مستوحى من الحرف الأول من اسمي باللغة العربية و اللغة الإنجليزية. قمت بتبسيط شكل حرف الميم باللغة العربية وتحويله إلى رمز فريد ذو حس معاصر. يرمز الخطين إلى فرع التصميم الجرافيكي و فرع الوسائط المتعددة. في النهاية قمت بإضافة حرفي باللغة الإنجليزية في الوسط، بالإضافة إلى اسمي و عنوان تخصصي أسفل الرمز.
