The book is an absurdly long list of how to be the most perfect human being, collected from multiple self-helping advice lists on the Internet. These lists are great, except that they are very general and can be found everywhere and anywhere, assuming these one-fits-all advice can make readers all become super and flawless.
Latching onto the universality of these lists, I used default design to express that one-fits-all manner in this book. The fonts used are Times New Roman and Arial, which are free on most computers. There is only one color throughout. The mix and match of the adjectives and nouns signify the absurdity and off-tune nature.
