25 Panels for 25 Years of Photoshop

This year Adobe celebrates 25 years of Photoshop. Since it’s creation in 1988 Photoshop has gone on to take creativity, imagination and possibilities to the next level. And now 25 years on it has done nothing but grow into an industry powerhouse.

I was introduced to the wonderful world of Photoshop at it’s seventh iteration (Photoshop 7) and ever since it has been my weapon of choice. Photoshop has been very dear to me and changed me as a person so I wanted to create something to show all of this and how big it was to me.

I was inspired by Adobe’s 2014 celebration of Creative Cloud where they brought together forty-eight artist to create a unique Adobe Creative Logo. I wanted to do something similar as a homage to Photoshop.

So to mark Photoshop turning 25 I have brought together twenty-five seperate designs which span my Photoshop career and combined them together to not only commemorate the Anniversary
but also the different directions I have taken on my many Photoshop journeys.
Each design has a personal history around it and came about through one way or another whilst using Photoshop. These have ranged to all manner of personal, commercial, experimentations and those happy accidents.
