CONCEPT:

SEDIMENTATION. LAYERS. TRANSPARENCY. TRANSLUSENCY. BLUR.
When the sea meet sand, two motion create shape in constant change. Three natural elements: water (sea), earth surface (sand) and air (wind) together generate uncommon, unusual, spectacular, amorphous shapes. Image is blured and 3d forms seem to be different each second. To capture moment of local motion was the main idea behind designing desk shape. Seen in motion, while walking around, passing by or seing it from distance will create always unique experience and different figures and frames. We transmitted idea of sea water into laminated layered glass panels, curved shape to create deformed perspective picture, textured or printed (ceramic fritted) glass surface with 3d effects of sand dunes highlighted with backlight in the night and daylight. PURPOSE Reception desk shape

PUNCTUATION. INCISION. PIERCING. PENETRATION. EXCHANGE.
To bring fresh air into the interior was introduced using well-known traditional practices of creating porous enclousure of the buildings enabling air circulation. Wind towers and dot-holes were used to incorporate air, wind, light, freshness and communicate in natural way with outside world. Some of them were used as pigeon houses and opening were the doorways in-out for them. We were amazed by creativity and richness of variations in using vent and communication perforations and punctuations.
