Scripted by Nathan Chisholm in it's entirety, in MEL script. (Autodesk Maya)
Forearm/upper arm twist; (when stretchy)
Control customisation capabilities;
Zero grouping incorporated;
Outliner organisation options;
Other customisations including control facing directions and sizes, number of subjoints for bendyness..
Hopefully, the IK spline method that the bendy joints currently use will be replaced by the ribbon method, due to the inaccuracies that result from the current curve-length-to-joint-scale method. (because the curve isn't linear, nor the joints cubic)
