Human By Nature - RSA

We were given the task of finding a way to encourage people to care for their own human microbiome (the beneficial microbes that live inside our bodies). So we decided to target people our own age, 18-26, with a copy based outcome. The intention was to find a way to make a difference one small step at a time starting with the benefits that sleep can have on the healthy bacteria inside our bodies.
The problem:
How do we find a way to get young adults to start taking care of the microbes within their bodies.

The Solution:
We found that sleep was one of the many ways that can help protect the healthy bacteria with our bodies. So after further research we found three areas that we felt could relate to our target audience. Sex, beauty and brains.

The outcome of our solution was to have the adverts featured in magazines. Rather than laying them out as an advert, that may be skipped, we took a typographic approach in the hope that it would draw you in to read more.

We know that people arent going to make big changes all at once so we decided to break it down and show that small steps that are possible to achieve will not only help your microbiomes but it will also help other areas of your life.
