Illustrations on Mysore for Kalayug Calendar
These illustrations were created during my short working period at Kalayug Art| Design Studio, Mysore.
The illustrations are simple line drawings with a watercolor splash adding life and fun to it.The combination of just two colors for every illustration, that makes it more pleasant and appealing.
These illustrations were done for the Kalayug Calendar depicting the essence, the soul of Mysore. An ode to the beautiful city showing the glimpses of what makes it a home to the Mysoreans.
The little , simple fun that makes Mysore. The things that localites relate like the yoga at mysore, the chamundi hill , the churmuri ( puffed rice snack), the morning jog at kukkarahalli lake, the world famous Dasara procession and the dance thats a part of life.
