This project was a perfect opportunity for 2reveal to help share the vision of an architectural project with the public while in the process of being built. One challenge for WC Smith’s marketing team was the time of year they were advertising their 2M Street apartments: it was winter in DC (which makes it hard for a potential occupant picture fun summer days spent on the rooftop pool.)
The resulting architectural virtual tour animation we created for 30Lines to use in the marketing campaign of the 2M Street residential development was a success. It helped tell the story of the development and gave prospective tenants a good idea on all there was to look forward to in warmer weather.
