Case:
Agnes is a scientific magazine which deals with studies of the landscape, both geological, biological and geographical. The main focus is to distribute knowledge about the changes in the landscape.
Concept:
The covers reflects the different changes in our landscape, not by focusing so much on the debated climate changes but more on the changes that repeats themselves every year, every other month or every hour. The combination of photography and illustration allows for showing before and after scenes simultaneously.
Logotype:
The logotype is based upon the typeface Baskerville. Every letter has been modified to give the magazine the right character.
The organic curves and the way the letters are joined give you a sense of the different movements controlling the changes in the landscape.
