TV Globo was founded in 1965 and is currently one of the world’s largest television networks, with five of its own broadcasting stations and 118 affiliate stations. In order to provide well-being for its more than 12,000 direct and thousands of indirect employees, it established the TV Globo Quality of Life Program (TV Globo Programa Qualidade de Vida).

The project involved the repositioning of the program, its visual and verbal identity, a review of the brand architecture and communication materials with the goal of unifying the actions taken and raising the perception of the value of TV Globo as an employer brand.

The brand identity that was created is intimate, contemporary and human. The typography developed especially for the logo conveys the well-being and the vision of two parts that complement each other and come together every day: company and employees.
