Synapse Information Agency, a 13 year-old communication design agency in Goa, wanted to change their offereing to be relevant to today's world with the insight that every business needs to tell stories. Synapse needed to look friendly, open, experimentative, mature and intelligent.

The open speech bubble was innovatively used on the business cards by laser-cutting it out. It emphasised open and conversation.
On the flipside the open speech bubble was that of the employee to whom the card belonged to.
