The focus of this project was to create an infographic based on a personally chosen Great Lakes theme. The design was limited to three colors and white, a maximum of three type families, and had to include three icons that were designed in the first phase of the semester.
My chosen theme was the shipwrecks of the Great Lakes. In my research, I found that there were thousands of shipwrecks in Lake Michigan alone and therefore needed to narrow my subject matter. Further research revealed that many of the shipwrecks draw divers from around the world to the Midwest.
