This was one of those ( sadly rare occasions) in which there was a chance to work directly with the show characters. The quick shooting was done in a day to take advantage of the actor, wardrobe and props availability. After this, there was a ton of post-production and compositing to create the bizarre world and establish the "mood" for the promo. It's important to say that Pancho Villa was killed while driving by a group of seven gunmen that shoot over 40 bullets to his car. Some say he was found dead with a hand on the wheel and the other one reaching for his gun. In this sense, our promo could be considered "not accurate" from a historic point of view, so it was necessary to add into the mix a sense of unreality, twisted dream or nightmare... Those that live by the sword die by the sword.
