AnimalNoteHeads.com is an open source project. We use note head substitution where the first letter of the animal = the note.
The goal is to make it easier and more fun to learn musical notation.
Pianimo app (also free) should be on the app store in a day or two and you can buy 4$ vinyl stickers to put on the piano keys.
Sheets come in animal, normal and color yourself versions. You can create your own and/or browse the library on animalnoteheads.com/sheets
It's still early stages and we're working on new features and improving ease of use. I'd also love to add more languages with your help - currently only da, el, en, es and fr.
