For the users I’ve researched,I found there is a large group of people who work with computers for too long time and they are so busy in their workplace that they will forget to stand up or they don’t want to stand up,they are quite nonactive.For these people,we need provide something not only can remind them to stand up but also can lead them to stand up immediately.

 

So I want to design a Automatic retractable monitor stand, users can set up the time of standing and the height of the stand as you need when you are standing.Like when you need to stand up for 15 min in an hour during the sitting time for work,then you can set it up.

 

During the 45 min of sitting time,the monitor stand will keep the computer monitor or laptop a suitable height for you.Then after 45 min,it will rise up with the computer monitor or laptop slowly to the height you set up which is suitable for your standing use.After 15 min,when it comes to the sitting time,it will fall down slowly to the original height.And another round starts.
