    BROOKLYN HALF MARATHON RUNNER - RODRICK BO Q: Describe the training process for a marathon. How did you prepare–both mentally and physically? A: "I'm an active person regularly, and frequent the gym often doing a multitude of work outs - including HIIT as well as spin and I love yoga. All of those have prepared my body in general but I didn't specifically train for this until last week." - Rodrick Bo - First 1/2 Marathon On Saturday over 26,000 runners came together to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon. Starting at the Brooklyn Museum the half marathon extended 13 miles to the Coney Island Boardwalk. Each day this week - meet a new finisher and find out what makes them run. Read Less
