Get Creative Today is an educational site I created for students and use in lieu of a textbook.
I wanted to give the brand a whimsical and inviting feel. For the logo I went with the script font Pacifico in all lower case.
I wanted to add some sort of graphic symbol to the logo and decided on the use of a very simple firefly. Sparky the firefly represents the creative ideas that come after learning something new.
With canvas background and illustrative artwork I wanted to give a homemade and crafty feel to the site.
