Since 2009, I have been in charge of the regular updating of the OSF Healthcare online "Find a Physician" tool. This includes establishing legally regulated guidelines for inclusion, working with numerous hospital credentialing coordinators to receive regular updates in provider information, and overseeing user experience and interface upgrades.

 

As part of the 2014 website redesign for OSF HealthCare, I oversaw the design, development and data input for the new "Find a Location" tool.
