Navigate Student workbook cover
Navigate is composed of a student workbook and a teacher handbook in which middle school students work through units geared towards teaching about careers and higher education options. This publication was created inhouse for the Economic Education department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
The teacher handbook contains lesson plans for each unit of Navigate along with activities to help reinforce the content presented. I designed the teacher cover in gray but kept the map design for the cover.

Each unit begins with a similarly styled intro page. This page gives an introduction to the unit's subject matter along with facts about careers and college to support what will be learned in the unit.
Navigate Student workbook classroom activity. Throughout the workbook the orange figure icon starts each section on a path. I took inspiration from the title "Navigate" in trying to create a path and a figure or icon that would lead the student through the book and essentially help them "navigate" the information presented. The design also needed to be fun to interact with for the students.
