LX Something Birthday Party
My client, who was turning 60 (LX in Roman Numerals), wanted an “LX Something” themed birthday party (which is a play on his favorite TV series 30 Something). He was extremely excited to have this event at the very trendy Gladstone Hotel in Toronto's arts district, Queen Street West.
In addition to an invitation, he asked specifically that I create name badges where guests could indicate their name and age. His instructions for my design were simple, “make something Queen Street West cool.”
Given his unique love of Roman Numerals, I included Roman Numeral table markers and a Roman Numeral cheat sheet to help guests indicate their age Roman Numeral style.
